2010 Parkland College Graduation Ceremony

Yorkton, SK – Parkland College is pleased to be acknowledging successful student completions in their program areas including Adult Basic Education and post-secondary University, Certificate and Diploma programs. Graduates from the post-secondary programs will receive accreditation from SIAST, Assiniboine Community College, Lakeland College Emergency Training Centre, Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technology; Saskatchewan Trucking Association, University of Regina and University of Saskatchewan.

Graduates will be recognized from each of the Parkland College locations in Canora, Esterhazy, Fort Qu’Appelle, Kamsack, Melville and Yorkton.

This year Parkland College is delighted to have Terry and Josephine Flamont as our Guest Speakers. Terry and Josephine are husband and wife students who completed their Business Administration Diploma program at our Fort Qu’Appelle Campus.

Parkland College Offering Change Management Program Delivered by Queen’s University

Yorkton, SK — Parkland College is pleased to announce their partnership with Queen’s University to offer a four-day Change Management program to organizations and professionals within the Parkland area. Dr. Carol Beatty, Emeritus Professor in Queen’s School of Business and a Queen’s IRC Fellow, will be facilitating this program in Yorkton during the week of September 13, 2010.

“This program is highly effective for any organization that would like in-depth experience on how to plan and lead change within an organization,” says Sonja Gehl, Director of Programs at Parkland College. The Queen’s Change Management program is a dynamic and interactive program grounded by research.
