This spring, Parkland College will deliver a four-month program to train participants for careers in the tourism and hospitality sectors.
The Enhanced Career Bridging – Hospitality & Tourism Careers course runs from March 1 to June 23, 2021, at Parkland College’s Main Campus in Yorkton.
Information and intake sessions are scheduled for Feb. 16 and Feb. 17 at the Main Campus. Sessions begin at 10:30 a.m. both days.
The course includes industry certifications like Safe Food Handling, Responsible Service of Alcohol, and Customer Service. Upon completion, participants will also receive credit towards a designated trade for Food and Beverage Server and Bartender.
