On Friday, June 9, Parkland College will celebrate the Class of 2017.
The annual graduation ceremony will honour successful student completions in numerous program areas including University, Diploma and Certificate programs, and Adult Basic Education. Graduates from post-secondary programs will receive accreditation from the University of Regina, University of Saskatchewan, Lakeland College Emergency Training Centre, Saskatchewan Polytechnic, Conestoga College, and Parkland College.
More than 300 graduates from the College’s locations in Canora, Esterhazy, Fort Qu’Appelle, Kamsack, Melville, and Yorkton will be recognized. The graduation ceremonies take place in the Anne Portnuff Theatre at Yorkton Regional High School, beginning at 2:00 p.m.
This year’s graduation will include an address from guest speaker Corey O’Soup, Saskatchewan’s Advocate for Children and Youth.
